Do you have this problem and you don't know how to fix it?! No problem, just take a look at this guide and your problem will be fixed.
First of all, i'll explain why you have this problem, it's because your scouter its broken and you need to repair it.
Now that you know what is causing the problem, follow the steps.
Use the teleport and teleport yourself to a City (Bay Village, Kokkara, Korin Village and so on). Talk with a Merchant like this one. (Every shop works)

Press Shop and then click one of the following buttons. The first one repairs one item, so you are supposed to click on your scouter. The second one repairs everything and is faster. (I'll recomend this button because you armor can be broken too!)
