Hi, i am experiencing a problem with fps. Its weird that I have low fps(jumping from 30 to 65) on a decent pc and on such a old game. Anyone has the same issue or know how to fix it?

Maybe someone can post nvidia settings for dbo?
You have must have some crappy programs running behind, you have a good spec that should be able to run DBO with no problems.
I have same specs as you except a little bit better processor and running fine... so maybe change nvidia settings (vsync maybe)?

My cpu usage is low, also I have just tried to run GTA V and I have 90 fps at max settings, the thing is with dbo it doesn't matter on which settings do I play, high or low, I am getting same fps.. Besides that, after playing some time, my fps drops lower.

I am not sure what to change in nvidia settings, I have tried to turn off vsync, it doesn't help. Nvidia game experience doesn't recognize dbo tho.
Do you have any more suggestions?
And.. Thank you for replying and trying to help.
