Why i can't complete the quest?

I've done the first part,but the second it's impossible.Did i miss somenthing?

English Translation Patch Guide (Latest Patch)

1 - Click the download button and get the file titled "translation.txt" or "translation" (it will show up as either depending on your settings)

2 - Click the button at the bottom left of your computer if you are on windows called the "start button"

3 - type "explorer" in the bar and click the picture of a file with a blue box under it

5 - click "local disk (C:)
