red ribbon HQ

    Hello, I saw someone in the forum awhile ago posting a guide about how to enter red ribbon HQ's second floor and he said there is some kind of 'scouter' that costs around 90k inside there. he also posted gifs to support his point.
    But i didnt find any scouter merchant inside the dungeon. your thoughts ?
