Error after setup install

    i downloaded the setup file, and opened it up and clicked install. I attached a snip of the error i got. Just curious how i can fix this.

    Hello and Welcome, for your problem I want you to do the things below and it should work.
    - Whitelist the DBOGLauncher and dbog.exe in your antivirus.
    - Add an exception for the above programs in your firewall.
    - Run the DBOGLauncher as an administrator.


    Inform us of how it went.

    After i posted that i turned off my computer and when i came back a few hrs later, i opened the shortcut on my desktop and it just up and ran normal. I didnt have to change anything, so idk why i got that message. But now. when i say i want NA server, it tries to dl it and says that the file is corrupted. so ive just been playing with the region setting on south america
