Update 20.04.2015

- Player cant enter portal while flying
- "Mystic attack" skill pulls target to player without problems
- Skills can add RP
- Updated rp charging. Added timer that char will lose rp some seconds after the last gain
- "kami's will" skill wont work anymore on players which are not dead.
- Revival skill works (kami's will)
- Reset skills at npc is now fully working
