But Skills like Blitz and thunder works! i know because i was testing Blitz + Kaioken with no speed gloves&stick and later with gloves %9 Speed&stick with 5% and there was no difrence! but if you use Blitz or Kaioken you can see the little difrence with the auto attack speed 
i also have a video on my facebook(4 years ago), in the video i did the same thing i mention before, i used Blitz+kaioken and %speed gloves and i was attacking(Auto Attack) like a speed demon, so in clonclusion ATSP still don´t work with items.
