    We already tried to make it not possible to logout when you're in fight mode changing channel worked but sadly it didn't work for logout because there is something in client that prevented it, by making players unable to logout while they're in combat mode will prevent many bugs like HTB + logout and such but well even if it worked they can still alt f4 or use task manager to close the game. but they will have to open the client again and login which is way more harder than now they can easily relog in 2sec.

    The stat nerf on items occurred accidentally when Daneos was trying to fix stats on dogi balls and it somehow touched the item stats because they share the same function, all the staff members are against this stat nerf and we want it to be reverted back like it was just like you guys, in my opinion the stats should stay the same and when the future updates bring out higher level cap it should be higher stats, i spoke with the admin about this matter and he said he will revert it back when he will check stats again.

    you're forcing me to cash/PVE to share my gear between fighter and SM.

    You're not forced to do anything now, you can quit the game and come back in Open beta you will have enough time to gear both your character since the cap level will be low and will increase slightly after every update and this has nothing to do with making people cash the wipe is pretty close and changes should be made to avoid all the mistakes of Pre-open beta.

    Maybe stereotyping all players upset with this update isn't smart?

    Of course everyone would go against this decision and that's normal i also said if i was a player and they suddenly made this decision i won't be happy because it will make my task harder and i won't be able to skip the grinding/farming to get max gear and we are already consulted community about skills and token shop, budokai scramble and even some people said we should not consult the community, there will be always someone who complain.


    So you guys rather doing nothing and get gear easily without doing any effort than doing dungeons/tmq/ccbd and earn useful items and use it to improve your gear and in case you want to sell it you can use seal coins you will have enough since you did alot of PVE, even the tournament will be fair since everyone will be using their own gear.


    The only thing that should be changed is making these items getting stored in shared bank so you can use it with one of your other character in the same account.

    how do you guys know how it affects the people in Pre Open Beta if none of you even play?

    Pre open beta will end very soon, now all our plans are based on Open beta we will be starting with lower cap and we will make UD's/TMQ/CCBD more rewarding by adding white stones dogis balls and seal coins and more useful items that won't exist in cash shop like Silver box and legendary dogi balls, i understand why people are mad because nobody wants to work on their gear all what they wanna do is afk whole day next to the platform and borrow/buy +15 directly i would be mad too if i was a player because i will be only thinking whats best for me, important note retail had tickets that made your gear bind and in the previous caps there was no exist to any NON-bind set people used TMQ sets and when you used them they become bind so please don't talk like if retail didn't have bind items.


    It will also decrease the amount of scams you have no idea how many tickets we get about items being stolen from accounts its horrific and we will also be able to detect any future new duplicating item bug easily.


    To make it simple, the game will be more fair you will be able to drop some items that doesn't even exist in cash shop and we will also work on a possibility to share gear with characters on the same account.

    You surely can see that DEX is a better option based on those things, right? The 1k difference is worthless if you're making all those differences, and critting more often to begin with.

    1k on a 20k~30k crit isn't very much, that's why I considered the peak damage similar,

    You have numbers but your results are not accurate, I've already tested 1% prop and compared it with full dex and with prop/cons gear i was able to do 1k more damage with a critical hit and more base damage than dex gear at this point dex gear offer only more chance to land a critical shot so why even bother take the risk and go squishy when you can just go Tanky dps, you actually want to be tanky and deal as much damage as full dex?

    It's actually funny how you trying to manipulate someone's words and trying create something that is not even there, in the first sentence i was talking about the past and i used "Was" for a reason and i didn't use "are", In the second sentence i was talking about the present "SM don't do huge damage aka burst like fighters (now the present)", and of course now Dexterity fighter is way much better than cons/prop fighter right now because property is nerfed for them and their base critical damage is based on dexterity, i'm done replying to you.

    Also, I find it odd that Turtles get 0.5% defense... I mean, their whole weakness is defense. -v- It's impossible for a turtle to survive anything at all, in retail they got one shot, and that was with full props. Now it's literally halved, and you're saying that it's balanced?

    Turtles in taiwan more specifically "Divine" 10 billion time solo champion used CDR to spam combo and prop was useless they even used to receive more damage than they do now because of N-prop bug you should be grateful 0.5% is effective unlike 1% from retail that wasn't effective at all, if you play a turtle i suggest you learn more about your class their only issue is QA Slow but you still can counter with Anticrit armor and some luck.

    So now you're saying Fighters' attacks were too STRONG instead of too weak, the exact opposite of what you claimed earlier

    No i'm saying if we put prop to 1 for fighters in the current meta they will be strong and SK will be even stronger, in the past fighter dex was too weak compared to fighter full cons and prop, now you have the option wether you go squishy and damage or you go full Cons and less damage.

    I doubt you can. But I can take a good guess what influenced your opinions. On the dev server, you all test everything with the ultimate version of CC150 auras. The one which gives 10% props+1500LP+15% anticrit bothered you the most. Only 5 people would ever actually obtain this specific title in reality, but sure, it should be considered! And to that extend, I agree that title is overpowered as all hell. You should reduce the props on it, or move it's LP/anticrit bonuses onto the blue/red title to compensate.

    You're wrong, we do testings with craft gear/drop gear and we only use CCBD Weapon set because its the same as legendary drop and it only grant small amount of HP and we also test without aura, 1 prop will make match-up against shadow knights really tough meanwhile Prop is good as it is now turtles are strong and other classes besides SK can tank fighter needles the only thing that should be tweaked is swordsmen's attack property set it to 1% since they don't that huge burst like fighters anything else is fine, just live with it.

    You guys are quite literally dancing around the point that Echo is making just to point out something wrong with what he's saying. You're yet to give an actual good counter point to his argument that props were fine, which they were. Did you even read anything he said?

    We are not dancing we are discussing, and we're not here to counter arguments either and what he is saying doesn't make sense for me and i can't tell if he was referring to past when he was talking about prop and it was never 0.7/0.5 for fighters all classes had 0.5 before the last update so his argument is still not valid, the thread is about resist% and my job was done when i stated that resist increase only the base resist and not the resistance rate from gear/buffs.




    y point was that Daneos is screwing around with props stats at random times without ever mentioning the changes, which I find a bit shady.

    Daneos forgot to add Prop info to the update thread that's all there is no secret update or shady baby plan he is a human after all.

    When you wrote that post, a Fighter actually got 0.7% def and 0.5% attack from props. Still, it's shady Daneos isn't stating these prop changes to anyone, not even his own mods apparently.

    Wrong, it's 0.5% both defence and attack on my fighter i have -2% Wild defence and by using 13prop (+6.5%) i got 2% which is in fact 1.5% but since the client doesn't read numbers with a comma it goes up to 2% (+0.5%), if it was 0.7% as you claimed i would gain (9.1% wild defence) 7%.
