Eu nem kaioken usava , a minha build mesmo sendo para budokai dava para fazer um PVE de leve até , mas se quer realmente fazer PVE não use fighter porque é muito excluindo em coisas grandes , faça um turtle !

Na minha opinião a build tem que ser sim focada em DEX, porém o SET você precisa ter vários diferentes, pelo menos um de DEX um de CON prestando atenção nas DEFESAS caso uma seja muito baixa opite por dois sets de cada e acessórios diferentes, assim não levara no brioco tão fácil.
