What you should aim at lvl 70:

PvE:

Top: 28 CON craft / 20-21% LP absorb (once LP abs works correctly on the server) craft
Pants: 28 CON craft / 20-21% LP absorb (once LP abs works correctly on the server) craft
Boots: 28 CON craft
Gloves: 27% energy crit craft
Axe: 27% energy crit (craft or not I guess)

PvP:

Top: 32% anti-crit craft
Pants: 20-21% Lp abs craft
Boots: 28 CON craft
Gloves: 28 FOC craft
Axe: 216 hitrate (I think that's max for rare axe right now) / 10 energy crit rate

1) CON is good, but SK already has tons of LP, once you hit around 15k LP, % absorb is more valuable. As for now it's not working correctly (it absorbs way less than it should) so maybe CON is more useful, but in the end you'll have to go towards LP abs.
2) In PvE you want to do max damage possible and mobs shouldn't have that much of dodge or status resistance, so get that crit boost.
3) In PvP you really have to nail all of your debuffs and attacks, so FOC and hitrate are your best friends (crit rate can work too, depending on your enemy). Against high resistance rate classes (ultimate majin and dex users like fighters) your hitrate and status success rate are needed.

Reminder:
CON = Constitution, gives LP.
FOC = Focus, gives energy critical hit rate (you'll crit more often), status success rate (your debuffs will land more often) and hitrate (your attacks will land more often)
LP % abs = Absorb a % of an attack. For example you have 20% abs on jacket and on pants because you can't get it on boots so you have a total of 40% abs (20+20 =40). You receive an attack of 10000 dmg. 10000*(1-0.4)=6000. You only get 6k dmg.
enegry crit % = your critical damage gets a x% boost.
anticrit % = reduces the chances by x% to receive a critical hit.
