Those are the usual culprits

mm but did not serve me mmm how what I cant do?

I don't think it should matter. it's just the default place it creates the folder that stores all the games files if you don't choose to install it in a different place. I know others who installed it to another hard drive to take up less space on the one that holds windows and such so it shouldn't matter.

Mm I can enter game and join perfectli solucion has delete carpet game and dowload again and zip and ready thaks all.

I've never had a problem running the game and have this now also. more than likely a server issue that'll resolve itself, or Daenos.

Have you tried moving the folder to your C: drive? Another user has had some luck when moving it from where they installed it to a different directory and it was now working for them

I guess the only way to find out is to get a hold of the Netframework. maybe there are guide on YouTube for installing the specific files on your version of windows? will definitely be worth a look into

Did you copy the DBOG folder from your computer to your brother computer or a fresh install on his computer?

If you installed it fine on your brothers computer maybe you can just put the DBOG folder on a USB stick and copy it onto your program files folder on your computer after you delete the DBOG folder from your computer?

OH i can't believe this didn't occur to me before. You said you redid your computer as in a fresh install of windows? Have you got the drivers for your graphics card and such all updates? as well as windows updates?

A user a few months ago had a problem where when he installed updates his DBOG worked fine afterwards.

Going by that if you have an exact same set of DBOG folders on your computer as your brother who has a working copy then it has to be something on your computer either not allowing it or not able to load the program properly...

Do you know how to go into your device manager and check for driver update?
