thank you what do you think about the one i made
It would be better to only add 1 SP into concentration, because then you already get 18 cooldown reduction. Giving 4 more SP only gives you 11 CR more so in my oppinion you could get a knockdown with kamehameha and upgrade your blits fist.
something like this would be better for single target dps:
cool thank you

I thought the same, but a fighter need cd, a lot of it, i have two level 70 fighter and after i used concentration at 2 sp i realized that was a mistake, if you didn't use it at 5 sp you won't notice, but that skill can save you for real

The CR rings will help you with that from the dungeons. But if you don't want to use it, you can remove that 29 phys attk passive buff and add 3 SP to cooldown. 29 attk in the lvl 70 cap means almost nothing.
Why do people bother going energy build for a fighter? it's dmg is soo fkn minimal and useless compared to turtles and cranes so it cant be "PVE" build, just max you're high speed needle atk's and kaioken and you can be actually useful for boss battles or go turtle or crane, i would understand if you want to go with you're personal choice for a build, but if that was the case you wouldnt be asking for one here in the first place now would you?
