The one I'm on is called Naughty Education Policy. It's all in another language except for one text "White-Faced Man." It's a level 2 quest and I can't understand it at all. It's the one where I speak to Village Chief ZhuZhu in Kokkara Village.

A lot of the game is still being translated, meanin' it's not all translated yet. Once you get to the second area of the game, most of the quests will still be in Japanese. But key phrases will be translated, so you can still work off those and complete the quests.

I honestly cannot understand why you can't do it.
There's no need to be able to read it. Once you accept a quest there'll be a circle on the map showing you the location and what to kill there.If there's nothing there to kill then it's probably just a quest where you have to fetch certain items that you can find around the area with a name over them.

Well, there is no plot whatsoever.
It's just nonsense mixed with the story we already now.If you're expecting to see a connection between every single quest then you're in bad luck.
It's just a small text telling you why you should do this and that. If anything you're just a slave doing your master's dirty work. -
