So i was helping my friend install DBOG to play with him but when he goes to run the launcher he gets that CLR Error in the subject we have spent most the day trying to figure out the cause to avail, Anyone have this happen before? and know how to fix it.

This error is generally caused by having more than one .NET framework installed on the system at one time. While two or more .NET frameworks can work simultaneously on a system and to resolve that error, the multiple frameworks must be uninstalled and reinstalled correctly. -
