Lately I almost always get the error "can't cast skill" when fighting more than 2 mobs (sometimes it happens with a single one) not sure if this has anything to deal with lag since I can take on 2 mobs on a low level character and never see it it just gets worse the stronger the mob is

do you get any debuffs(curses) from the mobs? There is a debuff which prevent targets from using any skills.
Also which class are you playing and can you show a picture of your skilltree.

Hello Daneos, I can confirm that this is happening to every class, the only way to fix that "state" is to simply move few steps or dash away. Not necessary if you get stunned or debuffed, only while being attacked sometimes you get the message can't cast skill.

it is not random. it only happens when a mob casts and hits a skill but even if the skill is not 'prevents target from using skills' it happens everytime. I have a hard time killing many mobs once these last days because of this bug

I know that its not not a debuff cause I look at what debuffs are on me and either none or it has nothing to deal with not being able to cast skills and it usually happens right away which all they are doing is their auto attacks and I don't think it has anything to deal with my skill tree since this also happens on a dende of mine
