PVE Crane Stats

Where can I find good level 30 equipment?
and most importantly,
Which stats should I have on my jacket, pants, boots, weapon, and sub weapon?

at low level just go for Cons ( even in HL ) for waepon i think that % eng crit is best ( for dadon barage ) and fan % physic for sure ( at lvl 70 you should have % speed golves and sub it is pertty cool )

Armor: Get Crafted Armor, non-craft will ruin your ability to slightly "tank" opponents
Top = CON
Pants = CON
Boots = CON
Gloves = FOC, Physical Crit Hitrate
Fan = Physical Crit Hitrate, Physical Crit Damage %

Jewelry:
Rings: FOC Rings (from CCBD).
Earrings: FOC Earrings. (Both from CCBD)
Necklace: Physical Crit Hitrate Necklace
