Game says "server disconnected try again a few min later" what does this mean?

Make sure you are running "DBOGLauncher" as administrator. Do not run DBOG.exe.

Also white-list DBOG in your antivirus or disable it

Maybe try the following:
1- Turn Off AntiVirus
2- Patch Check
3- Open game --> Options --> Set Graphics to LOW
4- Exit the game and open it again with another patch check
