the 
launcher says new launcher available but then it says updater exe not found........... if someone has a link to it lease help..

Make sure if this happens again:
1- Turn off antivirus so it doesn't block the Updater.EXE
2- Check News --> Server -

the only thing i can tell you,if you already tried to run it as admin and you got it white-listed, is to redownload it, or re-extract the folder from the .rar, if you got the latest version
