Relog and do it again.
The error message appears because you walked forwards too fast without letting the pterodactyl load properly. when the error appears walk backward for a while and then move forwards again for it to try and load the dinosaur. If it happens again, walk back further and forwards again. I've only had to do it a maximum of 3 times to get it to spawn.
