I recommend you to follow these simple steps/procedures in order to fix your issue.

• Deactivate your antivirus software/ add your DBOG folder into your exeption list (Whitelist)
• Check if the firewall is preventing you from opening the game.
• Make sure to have the latest .NET Framework installed in your system.
• Remove compatibility mode. ( You can do it by right clicking the dboglauncher.exe and dbog.exe > properties > Compatibility tab > make sure to have the Run in compatibility mode unchecked.
• Run as administrator.
• Make sure to have the game update to the latest version.
• Restart your Modem.
• If all fails, Reinstall the game as it might be corrupted you can download it here

If you have that issue you can fix it this way:

1: Open patcher_config.xml and change patch_version="13" to patch_version="0"

2: Remove all "tbl" files inside the pack folder.

3: Restart the dboglauncher.exe

• Te recomiendo que sigas estos sencillos pasos / procedimientos para solucionar tu problema.
• Desactive su software antivirus / agregue su carpeta DBOG a su lista de excepciones (lista blanca)
• Verifica si el firewall te impide abrir el juego.
• Asegúrese de tener instalado el último .NET Framework en su sistema.
• Eliminar modo de compatibilidad. (Puede hacerlo haciendo clic con el botón derecho en dboglauncher.exe y dbog.exe> propiedades> pestaña Compatibilidad> asegúrese de que la opción Ejecutar en modo de compatibilidad no esté marcada).
• Ejecutar como administrador.
• Asegúrate de tener la actualización del juego a la última versión.
• Reinicia tu módem.
• Si todo falla, vuelva a instalar el juego ya que podría estar dañado, puede descargarlo aquí
