Ultimate, Grand Chef - which one is better for tank and party support?

I would go with Ultimate.

I prefer Ultimate Majin, Since Grand Chefs has a high Cooldown on their buffs also. You can't go wrong as a Ultimate Majin.

both are good for PVE but grand chef more because his ball transformation and AoE candy.

but ultimate majin is better for PVP.
