First game freeze after changing channels, now can't even play it (it wont unfreeze)(only my main, alts works)

So guys around lvl 31 on my turtle account each time I changed channel my game freeze for around 1 min and then unfreeze and could play normally.

But now suddenly it won't only freeze, it will freeze freeze forever, it doesn't unfreeze, it will keep Not Responding.

It only happens with my Turtle character, I can play normal my namek lvl 1 lol

If you joined a guild recently or the guild you were in is getting more members. Your game will freeze for a long time, to fix this, please go to your Windows Defender Security Center, then click Virus & Threat protection, then click on Virus & Threat protection settings and turn off the "Real-Time protection" option. It won't freeze again while that option is turned off.

This really helps me a lot when in big guilds.
