Need advice for Swordsman build I going

https://tools.dboglobal.to/?to…0040500105510004100045040 this is my final build I plan to go with, but I will learn how to fly so wanna know if it's then worth it learn Major Speed Up? If it's not worth then where should I spend last 5 points?
And is it worth it learn Kaio-Ken when I plan learn Super Saiyan as well? With my DB Hunt luck it will take couple more Saturdays, because my brother only hunted this Saturday around 3 hours and gotta all 7, but I hunted for 3 whole Saturdays and gotta 3 balls and one dubli (because at first 2 Saturdays didn't knew that I need have them in inventory to not get dublis). If is not worth learn Kaio-Ken then where should I spend last 3 points?

PS I mostly do PvE and mobs farming.

I don't want do any builds for current level caps only for final level (there is chance that we will have in future more then 70 levels if they finish and open those maps that currently empty), so in other words I interested in final build with questions I said.
