old account, how can i get the free dogi from lvl 2 popo box being lvl 24?

If your Popo Box is above lvl 2, there isn't other option outside restarting your character, i'm srry friend >.<! but there is a way to get the same Dogi Capsule without restarting: Transfer Items between Character

just do tmq's they drop in there on occasion if you beat a boss

Not necessarily. They drop from TMQ bosses as well, exactly as Neoluce mentionned above.

That's what i said friend: by random drop at Bosses from Time Machine Quest's (TMQ's).
