The first quest isn't working on a wiped character

The quest that requires using the scouter on NPC

Clicking on the NPC with the scouter on does not complete the objective

It works on new characters, but not on old characters that completed it before the wipe

Hey TheMoon,

This is because that quest is hard coded to only work with one scouter. Send me a message on discord and I'll bring you a starter scouter. Verdant#4492
