version string portion was too short or too long (Error with launcher, net frame)

i get this
i have no antivirus
i did not install any programs recently or did any change at all to windows or game files or anything whatsoever
the only thing happened that my internet got cut and i had to renew my membership again to have internet then this error happened
i re installed my windows 10

i re installed net frame 3.5 4.8
i install net frame repair tool
i reinstalled the game
i think i did everything but still same error and this is only for dbo global other programs and games are working fine
