Can't even download

Hello all, I had an older version of the launcher downloaded and haven't played in a few years so I loaded it up, but it refused to update at all so I uninstalled it. I've been trying to redownload it for days and no matter where I attempt to download it from it gets to 100% and then refuses to go any further. I've tried all three download options, I've done so with three different internet apps, and I've downloaded like two dozen other games and files to make sure the issue wasn't my computer or something. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah that was the issue. I ended up having to download the file on my tablet, upload it to Google Drive, and then redownload it on my pc. It still hung at 100% for like ten minutes but eventually finished. I still don't know why this file specifically was having issues.
