Map Fran Fran Desert South & DWC Teleporter

I wanted to know if it will be possible in DBOG in the near future to uncover the last map Fran Fran Desert South with the quest givers, NPC's, monsters before the DBO game at that time went offline in Taiwan and will it be possible to uncover the DWC teleporter?

Can someone tell me what the DWC teleporter is supposed to be good for?

Ich wollte mal wissen ob es in DBOG in naher Zukunft möglich sein wird die letzte Karte Fran Fran Desert South aufzudecken mit denn Questgeber, NPC's, Monster bevor das damalige DBO Spiel offline gegangen ist auf Taiwan und wird es möglich sein denn DWC Teleporter mit aufzudecken?

Kann mir jemand sagen wofür der DWC Teleporter gut sein soll?
