Is normal that I don't have quests in Dragon Cave South and i'm level 64? I ask beacause i've tried to change the class with the command @changeclass and it seemed to miss some quests, no i'm fighter again and there are the quests , but in dragon cave there is nothing

Even with my Chef Majin didn't have any quests on Dragon Cave South. But at your level, you should be doing quests on Papaya Island
edit> Go to Korin Airfield and talk to the npc near the plane, he'll give the starting quest.

those re chains quest you must do outside quest to get the quest inside the cave.

but i've done one quest which got me a quest in the cave but then it doesn't continued
but i've seen i have some quests out yet

Yeah that quest you did give you more quest outside and when you finish those quest outside join the cave again and you will have more quest there
