Im pretty sure this is a bug but I removed my scouter put it in my inventory and then 5 minutes later put it back on my character and now I am no longer able to see power levels

You have to enable it just press T inside the game

something sorta like this happened to me I bought the scouter from korin village (it's price 45k) I didn't find it on my inventory and when I opened my Character panel the normal one was there.so it's sorta not the same thing as the reported but making another thread about the same thing that's bugged would be kinda useless.

I've somehow had it bound on ''U'', give it a try.
