This happened to me too around level 24, few days ago. I couldn't use any abbilities and I had to re-log into the game, once I entered I got stuck in the flying position in the ground and couldn't move, I had to use a flight roll to be free. Hopefully I already have the flight skill permanent in case that happens.

dude i got stuck like this in red pants army HQ ruins. know what that means? you're not able to use flying skill in a Place like that. i was stuck for 30 minutes until some mob dude killed me. its a shame to say that i'm happy to get killed by a mob for once
