AVG its a bad antivirus i assume to put the whole client into AVG EXCEPTIONS
You may be calm. DBOG.exe isn't a virus.
I rescan DBOG.exe for you:
VirusTotal Scan
2/53 -> CLEAN 
Always remember False positive's happen.
perhaps it could be from other games or that your pc is too dusty
get an air compressed blower to clean it out
delete programs you never use in ages, and wich you will never use in the future.
delete any empty files wich are irrelevant.

When you goto install if make sure norton is disabled and before you re enable it to make the whole DBOG folder a exclusion from the scans then also do the DBOG launcher it's self as a exclusion i did the same with AVG when i started it i Wish you the best of lucky!

When you only use AVG because your cheap and don't have money to buy a good antivirus haha. that's me.

You allow it as a exception on your computers anti virus so say you use AVG you would goto settings add exception folder then click the dbog folder then do it again with the exe it's pretty simple actually... just need to figure it out for your anti virus.
