Yes, in a way!
Some stats are told to be nerfed that make fighters powerful and same with SM and SK (Bold Strike is either bugged or just nerfed)
Some attacks don't do as much damage as they should be, some call them nerfs, others say they are bugged. I don't know which is true but I take the fact that they do not do as much damage! -
if daneos didn't said that they are nerfed so they are just bugged
he can't as he want he promise that he will try to do his best to get back the game as he was -
