Where can i find the Red Pants Army Field Artillery?

there are 3 circles on the north part of kokkara village (close to great tree) the artillery is there sometimes its bugged so you have to switch channels looking for it.

It's either 3 circles on your map press "M" or it might be that If the quest in your quest list looks like this ( a person silhouette sounds like a quest you will need to go into yahhoy fort for It's at the top right of the human starting map

This is broken for me. this was nowhere near kokkara or near three circles so im extremely confused.... on my map theres an x at its location and its completely un-clickable.... this is a main dragonball quest line and its not working...please help
