He's not promoting anything.
He's simply asking for information regarding the two projects. Even if he is promoting it, it's most likely just an innocent mistake (Unaware of rules).

Your question has pretty much already been answered. It's just another DBO revival project. Most of their own information is on their site; You'll find all the info you need there.
But I'll give you a simple answer right here. DBOG = Active, DBOR = Slow - Inactive.

Like everybody said, it's another DBO server, only still in development hell. I check in every now and again and the top thread is always either the Dokkan Battle one, or something about Super, it's pretty much just a fan site for now
