Okay, so I got the new launcher, and its not working. It has given two messages saying BugTrap is missing and later sayying DevIL is missing. I have tried redownloaded it nothing works. please help.

As stated o discord. Did you download the new fresh file with your antivirus temporarily disabled so that it doesn't remove any files?

Did you manage to fix?
You just need to download the game and disable your antivirus or firewall then extract the game and start the dboglauncher as admin then add DBOG to antivirus's whitelist.
