Is not a scamm, remember that this is a fanserver, so all the money of the donatios goes to the servers cost.

If you really wanted to buy the CP from another person, I recommend you either:
1- Don't do it, cuz most people scam.
2- KNOW THE PERSON VERY WELL. I wouldn't buy cash points anyways.
3- If you have a specific item in mind, then they should buy it for you and directly trade it. IF THE ITEM IS NOT TRADABLE, tell them to gift it to you and you'll pay them once you receive the items. (be the honest one)

If you are going to do a trade for cash points or a cash item record your game-play of the trade showing the agreement you both said in the chat. that way it can't be edited and you have proof this person scammed you if they do. Send that in a ticket to mods and they'll be forced to give you your item or zeni or they get a perma ban

Well, Pipiload is not disabled as a payment method. Paypal now works, but it's just a testing stage

How Cash Points works in this private server run by Daneos is quite clear: you donate money to maintain the server cost and you get perks as rewards, in this case a specific amount of cash points. These CP are to be used in a Cash Shop in exchange of items.

As this is a test server still, all of the cash points acquired during this stage will be redeemed once we enter beta stage, with a more complete game.

If this sounds good to you and you want to contribute in that way, be my guest. If you have doubts you are free to try the game without making any donations - as a matter of fact I haven't donated a cent to DBOG server - and you'll still contribute with us by testing the game.
