Question about your charecter defenses

Def depends on who you are fighting, but during leveling it doesn't matter that much (as def difference isn't as important and you'll fight e att and p att mobs). It is more important in PvP, where you want more p def v fighter and more e def v turtle for example.

However, the most balanced armor equipment is craft equipment as of now. Has better balance and higher defenses that regular armor. Crafting is quite costly so it's up to you if you want to invest on that or just buy craft equipment from other people: here a crafting guide if you are interested:

Also, I suggest you worry more about equipment from lvl 40-50... before you can level up and quest without anything special armorwise.

In terms of attack: as spiritualist you'll want special stats that boost e attack, but when you pick your masterclass this might change. Turtle Hermits are still e attack, but Cranes can - and most actually use - p attack boosting stats as they have a mix of both in terms of skills. E att based skills are blue and P att based skills are red in your skill tree.

You can reset your build once a week at a Npc Skill Master, located in the main villages/cities.

It actually depends on what Level you are , if you're 70 and a Turtle , you'll be needing Focus & Energy Critical Damage % , as for Defense , you'll be needing both Energy and Physical , for a Level 70 , I recommend the Crafted 70 Gear (duh) , which naturally , has more Physical Defense than Energy Defense , but that isn't the thing that needs to be worried about , you'll have to worry about the effects that you get fom that Gear , I think you're good with Full Constitution .

Level cap is 70 indeed, like it was on TW server right before it closed.

I've had this same question. Not at my computer atm but since I'm just going through quests and all my enemies are animals or guys with swords etc I figured p defense was more important.
Are regular guns (not energy) considered physical attacks?
