What happend with crane hermits bleed and burns?

Even a lvl 30 doesn 350 bleed on a lvl 70.
And a lvl 70 is doing 1145 on everyone with dodon ;-; bleeds are broken once more lul

Theoretically this is correct, but only "crane" gets a bonus in DoT for the upgrade, but no one knows how it worked to report

the ultimate fiery shout never reach 2k DoT damage in og dbo, the calculations got fixed. DW cranes are still one of the best classes
