Dex would not increase your crit % damage, even back in the retail version of DBO. It still needs to be fixed however, as resistance and dodge rate needs to be calculated properly, as currently it is still being tested on. For your information, some CC bosses could not be stunned, most actually would resist fighter stuns, even back in retail DBO.
