I always see many people in vegito dogi and in private shops it is seriously expensive so how can I get one at lesser cost from any dogi merchant around the world map or get it from a quest or do I have to buy that because I didn't see that anywhere in cash shop is it removed?

Buy from cash shop or save enough money (vegito costs 250kk - 300kk) to buy one

To get a Vegito dogi you purchase it with real life money in the cash shop. There is no other way if you don't have the Zeni in game.

Vegito dogi is located on page 20 on the bottom right on the show all tab in the cash shop. The only way to obtain one is by donating money to obtain cashpoints or by purchasing the dogi from another player in game.
