Can't find the tier 1 4star dragonball at all. The only quests I have left in the first area of Yahoi are the upgrade merchants, baba fortune tellers lackey and capsule mixing. They're all in korean though, somebody PLEASE help

yahhoy east, do the quest chain to be able to pick up the quest from the bull along the road between the bus stop and yahhoy east oil fields.
