I had a couple quests in porunga south that gave me abt 2 bars of xp, but after that I ran out and I cant find anymore quests! I'm stuck at lvl 58

go to dragon cave you will find more quests there

They are there.
If not lvl 58 then lvl 59. Just grind around or spam UD3 or TMQ4 or more for exp.
It should be there tho, enter cave and scan with scouter.
