Im new to game and I have got all dragon balls exepct the 4th one and I can't find the quest anyone know which one it is please tell me

For future reference, always check your map for quests,press ''M'' then bottom left quest search,you will need it later on...

Take every single quest possible and you will eventually have all of the dragon balls.

On the link i posted earlier theres 2 pictures for each ball, wich shows the npc you will need to talk to and a little lower a picture of the map where you can find said NPC have fun getting your first wish!

The quest dragonballs are terrible, its more so you get to know how it goes. Finding the real dragonballs get you nice wishes
