How can I reach lvl 70 fast

I am a F2P Crane Hermit with not much good gears . So can anyone tell me how can I reach lvl 70 fast , by doing quests or by killing mobs .

U mean that it's easy to grind from 65 to 70 ?

Then I think I will grind till 65 and do quest after reaching 65 . Is this right?
