I am a F2P Crane Hermit with not much good gears . So can anyone tell me how can I reach lvl 70 fast , by doing quests or by killing mobs .

Brother at this point and time you really are gonna have to grind dude, Daneos needs to make 50% EXP increase everyday 24/7 instead of only weekend off the mere fact that the quest on Papaya on DBOG 1.0 are broken.

There are a couple places on papaya you can grind from 65 to 70 but your gonna need the 200% scrolls from Cash Shop

U mean that it's easy to grind from 65 to 70 ?

Actually you do quests from 65 to 70. You grind or spam UD3 (which requires 200% boosters). Now being a Crane you actually have an advantage in dealing with multiple mobs at once. You can also use the time to get junk and convert them to resources for crafting.
