Problem with client build (v142 Toolset) - FIXED

So after the last client update it is not possible to correctly compile the client because we get warning about the fatal error:

LNK1181: cannot open input file 'libjpeg.lib'

Hovewer I can confirm that the Lib and Shared folders compiles correctly.

I've already changed the file name from Msvc80 to Msvc142, But it still got the same error.....

The compilation worked well for me. but i have this error while executing it. I don't know if this should be run under another application. I am investigating to see what can cause this error if someone happened and I solve it would be great.
