Hello! I've been a massive DBZ fan and MMO enthusiast my whole life and when I found out about this game which was yesterday 23-11-10 I went to download the game straight away! But i've stumbled upon something horrible. I CAN'T LOG IN! Whenever I try to log in I get the messege "Connection Confirmation: Invalid Username or password. Please verify that your information is correct. I have tried everything but nothing works. Can somebody please help me! I really really really want to play this amazing looking game!

Sorry it's giving you issues! Possibly a reinstall or I think there is a update.exe in the folder that might help?

Make sure you're using the launcher to launch the game, and not double clicking the game itself. Also, make sure you're not using your forum password for it, the game and forum accounts are separate! If that doesn't work, try resetting and using the new password.

It sounds like you've messed something up with the installation. Go to our discord and look in the #support channel for common installation issues, there's a pinned comment with a list of them!
