This is not how it was in original DBO.
Subweapon is not Suppose to add attack power FOR MELEE AND ENERGY ATTACK.

what? they did at melee and energie attack as like on original server wtf
SupWeapon attack and energy power ONLY INCREASED SubWeapon Based SKILLS, it broken asf right now anyone who's level 70 with + 11 gloves and subweapons can see that. +15 gloves and and 15+ fighter Pole does 20k damage no crit?????? broken
These are calculation made in this thread Damage and defense calculation Formula (Based on DBO-TW videos). are way better than the damage calculation and defense calculation we have now.

I talked with @ 'Daneos yesterday, he said that this aware of it, probably will soon have a fix for it
Goves skills = Gloves upgrade + energy / phys attack base
Subweapon skills= sub weapon upgrade + energy/ phys attack baseFor those who did not understand:
If you are a turtle just remove your wand and use the ultimate super kamehameha, this is the correct damage like old dbo.
Or use a skill that requires the sub weapon without the gloves.

Even if the sub weapon adds to your total energy/physical attack power, that doesn't mean they're affecting how much damage you do with auto-attacks or gloves based attacks.
Feel free to test it yourself:- Cast a non sub weapon skill on someone, record how much damage it did.
- Take out the sub weapon and do the exact same attack on the same person, record how much damage it did. Both attacks should have done the same ammount of damage, provided none of them was a crit, in which case you should re-do the test until both hits are non critical hits. The reverse is also true for sub-weapon based attacks

yea that how it suppose to be, but it is not.

Go and test it out yourself. The fact that you're getting more attack on your character info means absolutely nothing if you're not getting more actual damage from your glove based attacks and auto-attacks

unequipped my subweapon and did 2000 damage??

I always wonder why in original DBO there's no stat "Sub Weapon attack" under Physical/Energy attack in character window.
-
To be honest, I like it this way. I understand that it throws off the balance a little bit, but it really gives me the Dragon Ball feel. I played the original servers and I always wondered why they make us, characters that can transform into things like Super Saiyan and Kid Buu, only on par with squirrels and hippos. With it this way, I feel like the character has a significantly higher advantage, giving it a more "I'm one of the strongest in the universe" feeling.
Things can always be rebalanced around PvP, but this makes things a lot more bearable in my opinion.
