This dragon ball hunt date thing is confusing so I saw a video that it takes a week so it's regular but I don't see that event information in the game is that an error? What is the proper date and time? I want to unlock Super Saiyan.
When are dragon ball hunt events held no proper date?

When looking up videos and things online about Dragonball Online you need to be careful to see if you're looking at the old retail TW or KR game.
This is the private project server revival where thigns work differently as the server is still being developed, not everyhting works here yet and it's being fixed.
As for the DB hunt, it's on Saturday for 2 sets of 2 hours.
Hello,
the official Dragon ball Hunt Event schedule is finally here. We are going to have the event twice a week. All the times are based on GMT +1 (Germany Berlin)
Event Duration: 2 Hours.
1. Saturday 1-3 PM (13:00-15:00)
2. Saturday 10-12 PM (22:00-24:00)Note:
It can happen that the event will not be held when the server is unstable or when Daneos is not available. -
The information given is false. The correct time zone is Central European Summer Time (UTC+1). Trust me, I've tried being 1 hour late using the one Cosmo suggested.

The information given isn't false: you have to take into account Daylight Saving Time during (DST) during summer. That's all.

As European I know about DST, so it is automatic for people living in Countries with DST to understand real time. But for people like @Fei I suggest next time to type in Google something like "Time in Berlin" or such a thing to know time.

It is not false. Just because you don't understand how time zones or daylight savings work doesn't mean the information given is incorrect. All you need to do is go into google and type " Berlin GMT+1 to *your time zone* " and you'll be shown various websites and converters that show you exactly this.
I've sent screenshots of this method to people who play in various countries such as america, Spain, France, China, and Italy. All of them have then had successful 2 hour hunts.
