The class is not bugged. Unfortunately, there was no skill lock duration reduction effect in the old retail version of Dragon Ball Online. The only way to really beat karmas, in PVP was to either build full resistance and try to avoid the skill from landing (but at the moment resistance/dodge calculation isn't complete) or to build yourself tanky enough to time them out and win by a draw.

ferstable if u are a turtul or crane don't excpect to win against karmas cuz dev's made karmas to counter u but don't say that karma is too op while more then half of classes aren't in their full ptotntielle !! as tampest sayed u need status resistance to counter them and an % anti crit jackt can't win with con jacket karma's are OP in PVP but not invencibel i'am karma and i ugly lose againts a high upgraded SK ^^
